THE GYM
All residents will have access to Rosehaven’s state-of-the-art gym facility, including the latest TechnoGym equipment. Equipment includes treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, recline bike, TechnoGym bike, and power rack with bench and an assortment of weight plates.
CELLAR
Each owner will have their very own wine and cheese room in the cellar of the building. Cabinetry as depicted in the photos below have been custom installed in each of the wine room spaces with fridges, stone benches and surround sound. Being constructed underground, these rooms will provide the perfect temperature for your wine and entertainment.
